Service Description

A free fitness class for women based in the heart of beautiful Bushy Park. Run by instructor Sophie, this class is designed for all abilities and backgrounds, and is a safe space for women to come together, get fit and make friends. The meet point is the same as our usual bootcamps, at the far end of the Diana Fountain car park.
