DFIT PERSONAL TRAINING

FITNESS, COMMUNITY AND CONSERVATION

Dfit personal training brings together a love and passion for health and fitness, community and conservation, by providing sessions to help you become a stronger, happier and healthier version of yourself, whilst also supporting community and conservation initiatives across the planet.

We offer bespoke specialist PT sessions in calisthenics (bodyweight exercises), where you can learn skills such as the handstand, muscle up or back lever, whilst building a huge amount of strength using your bodyweight.

We also offer child/person led PT sessions for children and young people with SEND, providing a safe and nurturing environment for them to get fit whilst enjoying movement.

Through Roots and Reps we also offer group fitness sessions in the stunning grounds of Bushy Park, Hampton Court, that not only support the local community but also conservation efforts within the park itself.

We are also proud to support conservation efforts in South Africa by providing fitness training for Anti-Poaching Rangers whose job it is to protect endangered rhinos from the hands of poachers.

We think Dermot's sessions have given Huw the best opportunity to take positive fitness habits into adult life and he's literally gone from strength to strength not only physically but also in confidence.
